The process of container packing using robotic systems is carried out fully automatically and is performed with minimal human involvement, which brings a number of advantages:
● increase in productivity in terms of container weighing up to 10 times;
● better repeatability and standardization of process execution;
● minimizing product quality risks;
● non-stop round-the-clock operation of the load station;
● eliminating downtime due to human error;
● improving the working conditions of the station operator to improve workplace safety;
● operator intervention is necessary when forming a production task, when performing maintenance and during emergencies;
● tasks, maintenance and emergency situations.
RTC for robotization of existing stations for loading soft containers of the big-bag type includes a set of universal devices for designing RTC for the functional tasks of the customer, including the modernization of existing lines.
